Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will refund or exchange your items if the items are returned to us within 21 days of delivery date.The merchandise must be returned in new condition with all tags attached. Refunds will not be granted for used items.Defective merchandise is subject to review prior to credit or exchange and will not be subject to any fees including shipping or restocking fees.
Free Shipping Return and Exchanges Policy
During the year, different orders qualify for free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Additionally, this charge will apply to orders which are exchanged.
2011 Holiday Returns & Exchanges
Any item purchased prior to December 25th can be sent back to us for return or exchange until February 1st, 2012. Should you need to have this date extended further, please contact us via email for a Return Authorization at sales@WorkingGear.com. These authorizations are not available via telephone, only through email.
Return Information
For customers’ convenience, a prepaid UPS label will be sent to you via email or included in the package upon shipment of your package(s).The cost of using this label will be the same as the shipping cost associated with the order.To use this label simply attach it to the package that you will be returning and either give it to your local UPS driver or take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.Visit www.ups.com/dropofffor a location nearest you.
If the items were purchased using a free shipping special, the cost of the will be charged upon the reshipment of exchanged items. Should the items be returned, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
Freight charges for Exchanged merchandise and for use of the prepaid shipping label will be billed to the credit card used for the purchase, at the cost of the originally shipped merchandise.
All returns or exchanges should be shipped directly to Silberman's at 1847 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, NY 10472. We are not responsible for merchandise returned to any other address. All returns should include the order ID and a description of the desired return or exchange.
A Return Authorization is required for orders that exceed $500 and are subject to higher restocking fees. All other orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all freight charges related to returns and exchanges except if a product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returned and exchanged merchandise. This includes the cost of returning merchandise to Silberman's, as well as the re-shipment of exchanged goods.
Orders that were placed using a free shipping discount do not qualify for free freight on the exchange of merchandise.
Cancellation Information
While we try to accomdate every cancellation request, we cannot honor every inquiry due to order fulfillment procedures.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
Clearance" "Closeout" and "Special Purchase" offers are available only while supplies last. When we offer clearance, close-out or special purchase merchandise, as you may expect, we often experience a high volume of orders. When that happens, our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order.

Additional Terms
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving merchandise, to the credit card used for the purchase. Unfortunately we can only issue credits and/or charges to the card used for the purchase, not to other cards.
Refusal of any package will be subject to return freight charges, and a 20% restocking fee.
We do not accept personal checks.
