bought this boot 11 months ago for use in riding horses, working around the barn and used for casual use. Great boot with in the first 30 days wore this boot in a 100 mile trail ride, feet or legs never got sore also did a good amount of walking very comfortable. Now the problem about 30 days ago I couldn't get the right boot off and have been having this problem since, my foot sweats but this problem just started. It appears that the liner is loose , any suggestions to correct this problem or is it the boot/ thanks
