get two sweatshirts, one a size larger than the first. then you can layer them and unzip at the weather dictates. can use a high neck sleeveless vest under one sweatshirt and skip a scarf - will take you thourgh the whole winter without neeeding a coat. great when running the snowblower with a baseball cap under the hood for visibility
