I have been using the ripstop cotton blend Riggs jeans for work for about 4 years and have found them to be durable, comfortable, and not quite as expensive as Carharts. The diamond gusset in the crotch makes them an excellent choice for tree climbers, rescue pros, foresters, anyone that has a lot of physical movement in their work. The only problem is they are not carried by some of the mass marketers and not in every size. I buy them up in my size whenever I find them.
