I work in the mining industry doing six 12hr shifts per week, and typically have my boots on for about 14hrs a day(84hrs per week) so having the right boot is very important.
The Wolverine Buckeye Loggers are, without a shadow of a doubt, the best, most comfortable boots I have ever worn in the 30yrs I have been working. Even straight out of the box, when most new boots are svery stiff and take at least a week or more to soften up and conform to your feet, these boots feel like I'm wearing slippers. The insole has a good arch support, the steel shank means you can stand for long periods on rough uneven surfaces without discomfort, the Gore-Tex liner means you can work all day in the wet and still have dry feet, and the tread pattern of the Vibram outsole is second to none.
If you have to spend long hours on your feet you couldn't ask for better, safer, more comfortable footware than the Wolverine Buckeye.
