Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Silberman's, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience! Returns shipping is free when you exchange an item you purchased for a new item. Products being returned for a full refund are not eligible for free return shipping. To return or exchange an item, simply complete the easy Return/Exchange Request Form prior to shipping the item(s) back for credit or exchange. It's fast and easy!
Here's how it works:
- We provide pre-paid UPS Return Services labels for every shipment. The label will either be inside of the package or sent electronically to you in a separate email. Please use either of these two labels, and fill out the information on the packing list/return form.
- Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location.
- We'll send you an email that confirms your return/exchange and provides you with a record of your request. When we receive the item you've returned in the original box, in like-new condition, we'll get your replacement item shipped or credit issued quickly as possible. Please note that free return shipping is limited to product exchanges, and limited to one per customer every 30 days. Specially priced items do not qualify for free return shipping. Items sold at closeout prices are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion. Additional free returns may be granted at the discretion of our customer service department.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning footwear you MUST return the footwear box in the condition you received it. Do not use the footwear box itself for shipping. Please place the footwear box inside another box. If the footwear box is not included in your return shipment, is damaged, taped or otherwise unusable for resale, we reserve the right to charge you a fee to replace the box.
IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our systems, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-8 business days to process and post these refunds to their customer's accounts. Refunded items do not qualify for free return shipping.
While we try to accommodate every cancellation request, we cannot honor every inquiry due to order fulfillment procedures.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
Clearance" "Closeout" and "Special Purchase" offers are available only while supplies last. When we offer clearance, close-out or special purchase merchandise, as you may expect, we often experience a high volume of orders. When that happens, our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving merchandise, to the credit card used for the purchase. Unfortunately we can only issue credits and/or charges to the card used for the purchase, not to other cards.
Refusal of any package will be subject to return freight charges, and a 20% restocking fee.
We do not accept personal checks.
