You just have to love Carhartt stuff, it is really made for outdoor people. I wish they made backpacking gear. Aside from being incredibly sturdy and well made, this raincoat has one of the most clever features of any I've owned -- an inner neoprene cuff with a velcro adjustment and a larger outer sleeve. This allows you to be in the rain, with a pair of gloves on, and raise your hands over head without having water run down into your arm pit. Brilliant! Cargo pockets, but no slash pockets. Nicely cut, generous hood. I ordered the long cut to get the extra length; seems worth it even though I'm not exceptionally "long". Great service from A&N.
